Leaving my main job soon

I'll be leaving my main job at the end of the year after more than 24 years. I can't take any more from the idiots who are trying to tell me what to do when they've never done it themselves. Fortunately I have another business building up but losing a fair chunk of our household income will be something to get used to...

I work in property and things was good at the start. Then we was taken over but things did not change much. Then we was taken over again and things got better. Now we have been taken over again but now i think we are to big and the people at the top dont care about the custommers but just making as much money as they can. Its not the sort of company i want to work for so i am thinking about leaving
