I Am Unemployed

Three different company interviews. One I made it to the second round of interviews.

One: "we are going in a different direction"
Second: pass- no reason given.
Third: nothing.

Is there anything more degrading than having to sell yourself and still being told "we don't want you".

I can almost guarantee I can help you. I am an interview ninja, current marketing and hiring manager and former HR professional. The secret sauce here is that you are giving off a weird vibe or something you are doing with your body language or personality in the interviews. There are tricks to getting around this...I have seen it all. The majority of the population are awkward as fuck. It is really easy to outshine in a pack if you know what to do and say.

If you really want to get a job, practice interviewing in the mirror. Once you think you have nailed,€ it...go find your most critical friend or family member and have them interview you.

Also, subscribe to TheLadders.com. they have good career and interview tips on there. Some of it is bullshit but most of it I agree with.
