I Have Anger Issues

My friend swears up and down i have anger issues because i get irritated quickly or when i get really upset i said i want to choke who ever and bring them back 🤷🏼‍♀️ I honestly don’t think i have anger issues I’ve never hurt anyone or anything so ?? Ppl just piss me off i have a short fuse

@PrettyGyal23 Well that’s good. So is your awareness. I just try to remember in situations like that the kind of person I want to be and act accordingly. Rather than let the other person drag me down to their level.
