Still exploring through egypt one by one, organizing them on my blog as I go. For some reason I like this one even if it's not the most defined picture I've seen on a stamp. Considering the lower grade equipment used in Egypt at the time they did a very good job of printing from the original photo.

@Gangstress I love finding those special ones! I tend to buy smaller accumulations and dealer overstock on a budget to fill out bigger spots in my albums. Once in a while I'll find a nice one. I have a short set of the columbian expositions that I found in a 5 dollar yard sale box. I also got a good deal on a big box of random loose album pages and one page had some decent civil war era.
@EllaDisenchanted that's amazing. Well found. My grandparents were big collectors. So my parents have inherited it. I'm glad they've kept it up. They've got a vast array from the 2nd world war.
I'm hoping one day I'll be able to continue it for them
