I was watching a little YouTube last night. I watch a video about the Sahara desert. I was curious when did it dry up. I didn't realise it use to be a huge ocean. And because the earth wiggle and moved it started to dry up. The big storms that Japan and that area gets use to hit the Sahara. It started to dry up around 4 million year's ago. I thought that was cool. But also it had like 3 huge lakes and when the Sahara dryed up a lot all the water went under ground. It was really cool they took like ice cores. But these was sand cores from the ocean and they was able to date when the Sahara started to dry up
