I Work In Retail

You wanna know something, I transferred stores 7 months ago, when I first stepped into the new store of course everyone was weary about me, which was fine. But it makes me laugh now, since I’ve made more friends than I have from the last store. Beforehand the workers, who are my friends have a sweet disposition and then later down the track they start to talk behind each other’s backs, and all their thoughts and opinions on others are directed towards me, I’m now the human secret keeper, I just couldn’t believe how much they had changed after a few months of knowing them...... Welcome to retail I guess.
