I Work In Retail

The percentage of the store's Rewards registrations went down and now all the cashiers' and Sales Floor's work hours are cut. I only have two days of work next week so I may have to find another job. I'm pretty sad. It's not easy convincing customers to register for Rewards even though it's free and easy to sign up, and it's not like we haven't been asking everyone. That, and most customers (our regulars) are already in our Rewards program.

I really like working at this store but perhaps this is it.
