I Don'T Need Anyone To Take Care Of Me

It's probably not healthy but I feel so weak and awkward sometimes when someone wants to help take care of me or does something nice for me..I feel stupid just saying thank you and feel like i can't really pay them back like they should be... it's just easier taking care of myself and not relying on anyone
