I Love Marilyn Manson

Holywood (In The Shadows of The Valley of Death) review:

Where do I begin? Marilyn Manson's first story in his trilogy AND his last published of it? This was his climax of his golden age! Holywood shows a different taste in Marilyn Manson. Some great tracks are: "The Fight Song", "The Love Song", "The Nobodies", "Valentine's Day", "Disposable Teens" and many more! What makes this album great is this brings a darker, rock side of Marilyn, but it also brings a taste of fear in his soft tracks. If you didn't know, this is his first chapter in his trilogy. Main character is named Adam Kadmon. The album represents Manson's way of fitting into a world that never accepted him. He brings back the taste of Antichrist Superstar but with a small scent of Eat Me, Drink Me! What can I say? This is a great album and a great buy. It's very unfortunate this sold least than his earlier albums and later albums, until High End of Low, but this is an excellent buy. If you enjoyed Antichrist Superstar, you'll love this album. Also let's not forgot this was in his great tour, Gun, God, and Government tour!
