I Am Struggling With Life

I am trying not to do something. Sometimes it's hard. Sometimes harder still. That something has been integral to my life for over 10 years now, and I'm only 28. It's eaten away time I can never get back, and also eaten away my emotions, love and caress. I want it to lie in my past and stay there, but it's hard to give it up. I feel the urges so often, so I'm going to post here when I'm struggling. That will delay what used to be inevitable, just a bit. Time to think is often enough to quell my needs. Often not, but it's a start.
