I Am Into Natural Health

I highly recommend people looking into probiotics to improve their immunity as well as health. Parallel to a low carb diet, and intermittent fasting, probiotics and prebiotics could be the cure to so many health issues people have.

I recently got into fermenting milk kefir, after a trip to the Sinai. I had terrible inflammation in my legs and digestive problems. Because I hate going to doctors, I decided to take my daughter’s advice and visit her friend who is into natural healing. She gave me milk kefir grains!

After two weeks on milk kefir, my health improved. I no longer have problems with inflammation or digestion. It’s beem a three months and these milk kefir grains have been growing and i’ve Already shared grains with 20 people.

I have also started fermenting water kefir and kombucha!

I just wanted to mention it here in case someone is looking for a natural cure to their problem.

Yes, eat everything in moderacy! I think it was Aristotle who said, “anything done in an extreme is wrong.” Right? The problems we face today in obesity come from how meat is produced and how meat is cooked. There’s a difference between eating a homemade burger with a reasonable dressing and eating junk food burgers. Also, meal planning! My grandparents would eat three meals a day, today we Drink and snack between meals. Soda, is a problem too.
So do u eat meat an hot dogs
