I Have Hot Flashes
Almost 1:30 am, can't sleep, having a hot flash. Turn up A/C anymore, husband gonna think we moved to an igloo.

Oh God! I sympathize! Those are awful. If possible, run your wrists under cold water, and wipe your face, and the back of your neck with a cold washcloth.
