I'm Hungry Constantly

I keep like getting hunger pangs and feel like I have to eat I don’t get it all the time but like for so long happens and so long doesn’t quite strange I think as hunger pangs sometimes very strong

No barely drink energy drinks maybe have one every now and then coffee I have maybe now it’s getting colder maybe 1 cup coffee a day sometimes not even that

@Bigmusicloverfan1 I get the same thing with coffee sometimes if I drink it on an empty stomach. Might be worth keeping an eye out for.

I have mentioned to doctors as been like it a while but said was normal and nothing wrong I have mentioned some while ago tho I didn’t want to like keep mentioning I just assumed nothing wrong but will keep an eye on it
