My tummy lets out really loud growls when I’m hungry. Usually I let it growl as my belly growls loudly whilst I’m lying in bed for some strange reason...

Same here, but it's past, while writing for exam. Lol. Made me forget the answers, I know it's not an easy situation going through. Itz awkward. But just press the stomach where u feel like the bloat sound is coming from and release it slowly slowly, I made that solution as temporary and it worked. It sounds then too but not that loud. In different intervals, u know? So I was able to control.
