So I went for a walk

I didn't like how crowded it was. I should probably experiment going at different times of the day. Yes, looking at the lush green in a mild winter sun was refreshing, as I haven't left the house in quite a while and I really needed it. But the dead feeling inside me didn't leave. I wonder then if going for a walk daily will really make my brains sharper? Maybe it's got to do with consistency?
Once I build stamina and vitamin D, I plan to start running.
