I Don't Understand People

I got a new twitter follower on my professional twitter a few days back. I didn't know him so I didn't follow back. Today he unfollowed me. I was a little curious who he was so I looked at his timeline and favorited a few tweets I liked. He send me a direct message calling me creepy and asking why I don't favorite his tweets then blocked me. Like WTF just happened?

That happened to me with someone who's profile claims they were a football coach at some university I think in Illinois, It was totally looking legit like he was a coach and all, I thought the follow was odd

Sometimes they follow random people to try to get people to follow back. It also may be totally made up
