I'm a Loner Most of the Time

Im just really not good at talking past about 5-10 mins and then it stresses me out. Probably because i am a sypee boring person and have nothing interesting to say. So yes...im a pretty big loner

I am similar. I get very socially awkward and shy. I dont even do many team events at work. Even for my birthday. It feels like forced need to get along.

Yep i try to make sure im working for every work event just so i can avoid. Its either that or i have 1 too many drinks and act like an idiot

@kestrel sometimes liquid courage is needed. Well for almost every time. But fine line when that 1 extra drink outside you over the edge

That sounds like more of an introvert behavior than a loner behavior. I have a hard time being with people for long periods of time, too. I'm a loner and an introvert.
