I tried to post this as a new post, but it would not let me here for some reason.
I used to hide this aspect about me, but as I've gotten older, I decided to be me. I hate swimwear and will only resort to wearing it when I have no choice. I find swimming in whatever I have on, or even just my underwear, to be far more enjoyable. It gives swimming an air of spontaneity that stopping and changing into something specific for it just can't match. I have access to a lot of lakes with beaches with my state park pass and I also have my own pool where swimwear is discouraged and fully clothed or underwear is not only allowed; it's enthusiastically encouraged.
