I Ouch

For 18 years I've had a severe migraine. 16.5-17 years I've had ice-pick, cluster-like headaches, and hallucinations from a med that my doc messed up, dosage-wise. I've messed up with pain killers in the past. For 14+ years I've had chronic, daily muscle spasms and severe fibromyalgia. I have subluxing tendons that made three broken bones in my left ankle impossible to heal properly. I can still do tricks with my right ankle. 馃き Ha. TMJ, check. Residual anxiety and depression, check, of course. Osteoarthritis in my neck and back, check.
I want to focus on my projects, on my family, on my goals, on sleep. On my friends who have lifted me up. I can barely focus on this tangent. All I want to say, during this level 7.5 is,

Ouch. 馃槦

Have you ever tried blood thinners/aspirin to help your migraine ?
I used to have a lot of migraines. I had medications for it which helped.
After my heart attack I was put on daily blood thinners. It helped the migraines because it affected the narrowing of blood vessels that happens during a migraine.
Good luck and feel good !

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Yes. I've actually been on multiple meds in every medicinal category as well as every other recommended remedy, diet, supplement, surgery, exercise routine, natural remedy, and then some. Thank you for caring! 馃
