I'm actually procrastinating housework right now

Me too. I was going to get it all done yesterday, but had a very upset, heartsick daughter here. She didn't stop me, but when when one of my kids is crying, it just drains my energy, because I feel helpless.

@Serenitree: Good to know you care about her at least, but remember growing up in a clean environment can give your child advantages.

@Sunrisen: she doesn't live here. She is a woman with her own apartment. She just came over because she needed to be where she felt loved. She didn't even stay in the living room with me. Went off to the bedroom and cried and slept and woke up crying and then slept again. She finally got some energy about 11 pm and called a friend and went to spend the night with her.

@Serenitree: Well, it's even good for you to be in a good environment.Its awesome you guys still have a strong connection, for her to come to you. Sadly me and my mom don't talk much and we live in the same house haha.
