I Am On An Emotional Roller Coaster

I am on an emotional roller coaster and I hate it. The good times are great...but the lows are hard to handle. I seem to always feel alone, ignored. I wish my husband would recognize I need him to just hold me and tell me how much he loves me and needs me. But he doesn't...he married a strong woman and has a hard time accepting I sometimes just need to be held.
