I saw one story say this first movie could be a new time period and part of the story King hasn't shared yet? And that the writers are writing to support 3 films and a 'series.'

@NerdyNudist I don’t think it had enough depth to be compared to the books. Obviously. However as a stand alone fly by night action/ sci if fantasy movie it was all right. I’ve seen way worse.

@CheerfullyCurious I bailed. I read the reviews/previews and I didn't wanna do anything to ruin the story in my mind - it's probably my fave besides The Stand. I'll go do 'It' though I think.
