I Am Bitter

I realized this valentine's day that I am extremely bitter. At 24 years old, I will never understand why I had to go through what I've gone through. The majority of the situations I've had no control over. I took myself out of a bad situation only to land in another. I trusted the worst person in the world to father my children. Trust. It gets my feelings hurt but what is a life without trust? I am bitter when all I want to be is better.
