I Am So Frustrated With My Life and Feel Stuck
I've used the word "stuck" to describe the state chronic pain syndrome has put me in. I get so frustrated that I often feel like no life would be better than one with pain. I hate pity too so it's hard to even write this but I hope it helps me let go of negative stuff in even a small way 😔
PS thank you to all who have empathized with me I don't mean to discount support. I just feel awkward with pity as I did prob 95% of the damage to myself unknowingly and can only recall a hit and run by a car while I was on a training ride cycling that ended up destroying my right knee which stil needs surgery for that and other injuries to ligaments that I've been too busy and feeling life's too short right now for a big surgery/recovery like my spinal fusion (which was termed a failure so kinda scared to get cut on despite having a great surgery on a clavicle I "vaporized" as my doc and imaging techs described. I need the "WTF do I do now emoji" not sure which one it is ??? :(
