I When I Was A Kid We Actually Went Outside And Played

No Facebook.....no Twitter....and you didn't have your hands glued to a phone texting.
Spending Friday afternoons riding bikes or skateboarding in the park with friends. Life was alot simpler back then. We spent time with friends together....having fun trying to do ollies or the next big trick on skateboards.
You know that show "The Wonder Years"?....yeah...I might as well been Kevin Arnold :-)

Saturday mornings I would spend with dad fishing on Lake Castaic. We would talk about anything under the sun. Later me and my friends would spend time at the local mall at the arcade & watching girls walk by. :-p
The whole family would help out with making dinner....and yes...we would sit down at an actual dinner table. Sometimes we would play a game of Uno or Monopoly after dinner.

I miss those days. <3

I am worried about my 14 yr old grandson who gets no physical activity except walking between classes. He comes home and gets on the computer. He gets little activity. Is an only child 6'3" size 50 inch waist and man breasts. I don't know how to get him to do some activity. I work from 3pm to 9pm His mom is on swing shift. He gets along well with others, but has move to 4 different cities in his short life. I know it has to be hard to form lasting relationships. How can I get him to become active.
