I Have a Creepy Neighbor

If you read my last post about my somewhat scary neighbor, Teddy, this is a follow up. I was out in the backyard, feeding the goats when, I suddenly felt a chill down my back, like someone tickled it but, it wasn’t a good feeling. I turn around & sure enough, Teddy was standing there, blank faced, just staring. I tried not to look at him but, eventually had to turn around to put the food away & Teddy said his first words to me which was “ Mmmhmm, you take good care of them “ His face had zero emotion, zero expression. It was just his mouth moving. I ignored that comment & kept working. He stood there, staring for at least another full minute. I locked up everything & we made sure we put extra locks on our bedroom windows after last night.
