yes we are actually, thanks to the increase in C-sections in children's birth, humans are being to evolve with larger heads. In addition, try moving you pinky finger, notice how it takes 1-2 fingers with it? that's because as we evolve, the pinky's tendon is fusing with the other fingers, so one day, probably tens of thousands in the future, we may lose our pinky finger.
