Your brain can have you confused to what you are hungry for, so you think it's food and maybe it's not.
Food like sugar, will give you a short fix, then in 10min you want more.
The body asks for nutrition, then you give it no nutrition just calories, that is why it still thinks that you are hungry.
If you can get the difference between calories and nutrition, then you may have some headway as to why you eat so much.
Always hungry, but not satisfied for long.
Food is short gratification .... then you want more and more.....
