I wonder what large group of people could be labelled as delusuional, if we really thought about it and put aside the social niceties....?

@Squizz5: "Culture" is the customs, ideas and behaviours of a people or society, which is of course not necessarily always a whole country of people. Some people within a country can have a culture of their own. Such as Trump supporters lol

Disclaimer; obviously I'm accusing Trump supporters of being delusional in the mental health way. I don't know or understand the illness anyway near enough to make that bold claim.
