This Friday can’t end soon enough!

Holy $&@&)) I’m amazed at the incompetence of some coworkers, the worst part is their refusal to listen to advice. Maybe, just maybe, someone who’s done the job for 30 years might be able to help you. I think my head is becoming flat from pounding it against the wall 😑🙄

I used to offer to help co-workers all the time because I have more experience and know a lot about the one program we primarily use. Some of my co-workers wouldn't listen and then start asking questions. I now ignore than and refuse to answer them. I tried to help, but they didn't want to listen. Now I laugh to myself when they are lost and confused.
