Binge drank again

Both Friday and Saturday night....

Got very sick Sunday morning

And feel like a ton of my brain cells died. I feel numb and....uninterested in life or work or waking up

Kept taking sleeping pills so id stay asleep Sunday.

Hoped id wake up today all refreshed

But mainly on the drive into work I just wanted to let the wheel go

And here i am. Back at the start.

I used to feel the way you do. I remember the nausea and killing headaches. Fortunately, I haven’t had to go through that for awhile now.
