I Will Start Working Out Again

I think I'm going to start working out. Not because I want to change anything with my body, but in hopes it'll help me feel better. I wonder if people who workout for this reason actually stick to it.

This stretch of been a gym junkie - 24 years

To keep off 40lbs in 24years - when in the groove to move, is just that.

I never debate to go or not. I just go. .

Also mix it up, else you get bored. The mix has been, weights, zumba, Tap dancing, water airobics, yoga, tai qi, latin dancing....

Included is always stretching afterwards, at least 97% I see don't strech....then you won't be a stiff bent over old person.

If money is an issue, then walk as much as possible, allot of mind cleansing is done while walking.
