I Need to Say This

Instead of mourning for those that have left better look at those that are still here
before they are gone as well and you blame them for leaving you in such a hard time.

I read when I was a kid
"morn a birth ,celebrate a passing " and I thought "How crazy "
Now I get it ,,I am sad I brought kids into this world
and my daughter had 2 very young ones
I was happy for her ,finally having kids she always wanted
but sad for the kids and the world that I know will be worse before they are grown
I envy my friends when they pass ,,their race is over
But for my kids sake ,,I will do all I can to remain above dirt as long as the good Lord allows
but I no longer grieve a passing ,,I pray they rest in peace and I see them again one day

@rckt148 Yes, the world isn't the best one but it's our responsibility to make it better, not complain how it is or feel bad for our descendants. Why not make it a place in which we'll gladly welcome our children and grandchildren?

This is my kids and their kids
except the one that was in the hospital
they were all there to feed over 1000 homeless people thanksgiving and Christmas
We none of us wake up to santa clause ,not even my 11 yr old

We put our faith in action ,,,and now I understand the verse
I did work on changing the world ,in more ways then one ,,
But I know whats coming to pass ,,,I can't stop that
