I Love the Outdoors

With our autumn leaves past their peak I still got out and drove a beautiful drive along a river and the hills of a national park to see what I could. There were very few other vehicles on the road. The leaves had a dull color, we had been very dry the last few months and the color did not pop. Plus it was cloudy no sun shining on the leaves to bring out there color. With temperatures in the mid 70's this isn't going to last long, when I returned home, I got the grill out and cooked up a steak and fixed a baked potatoe for my evening meal. It was a pleasure to get out for an afternoon before winter hits us full force. It is just good to get out and see what Mother Nature provides for us free of charge.
