I Wish My Mother Was Alive to Share Mothers Day With
I miss her every day. 25 years gone from the world, but not a single day gone from my heart or mind.

Seventy-two years ago, on Mother's Day, my Grandma Eva, died. I got her name and some of her jewelry, but only one clear memory. Sitting in her lap beside the wood burning stove in her kitchen. I think that isn't really a single memory, but an accumulation of all the time I cuddled with Grandma Eva.
