Jesus's life is totally paralleled to the ancient Egyptian god horus. They were even both born on December 25th. There are so many similarities I am convinced both are myths

Yeah I have a feeling that all religion is myth. So if you take what makes sense and accept it as culture it becomes something that gives people (including me) a spiritual context.
The only thing that is bad about it is when people become convinced that they know what it the one true religion and need to have everyone believe as they do.
It would be great if everyone could be happy just believing as they do and enjoy the diversity of others.

@jazzits I don't want to be cynical, but I imagine that could happen without the context of economics. If I never got to know your belief, then I wouldn't be offended; if you never got to know to my belief, then you wouldn't be offended. Most often, I'm happy to meet someone who is happy.
