I Am My Own Worst Enemy

The number one person on this earth that is hardest on myself, is myself. That voice in the back of my head that only spews negativity, makes me think others dislike or distrust me. I can tell myself none of those words are true, but that evil voice in my head always twists my mind into thinking the worst.
