I Love to Have Breakfast

Sadly....... I have to skip it. It's the one meal where I have zero self control. I don't have time to fix anything at home and everything else has way too many calories.....so I skip it. Coffee anyone?

I'll join ya for coffee :) .......but seriously you shouldn't skip ....... slows your metabolism. I make ahead and freeze breakfast burritos on the weekends. Pop one in the microwave for 30-45 seconds and wha-la! Grab and go!

I started grabbing some yogurt on the way out the door so we shall see. It does seem to help my energy level in the morning. Maybe I can kick my habit of eating only twice a day. I know it\'s horrible. Mmmmm....breakfast burritos!! I should do that. Guess that means I need to learn to cook first.....

It\'s so very easy! If you can scramble some eggs and brown some sausage your golden! I can share the recipe if you\'d like ;)
