I Am A Skunkseeker

I finally have it! My precious bottle of skunk. And damn is it potent. It's a little bit more garlicky than I like initially, but once that dissipates there's nothing more than pungent goodness. Once I peeled the wax coating off, it became ever so slightly noticeable. Opening the bottle was a welcome olfactory surprise. I'm definitely keeping this in the closet inside several bags so my roommates don't freak out. 😂

I'm a little bit afraid to put it on anything (especially me) just in case I can't deodorize effectively. Eventually I'll work up the nerve to mark myself. I settled for loosening the cap and sniffing it to contentedness today. Now if I could just find someone to indulge in it with me.

TetraceneSkunksniffer · 31-35, M
@xSharp No... I just enjoy the smell.

Oh haha I see what you mean now. It's to disguise human scent for hunting or wildlife photography.

@TetraceneSkunksniffer or too make it smell like your not worth goring lol
TetraceneSkunksniffer · 31-35, M
@xSharp Maybe. Moose and elk don't live anywhere near me, and deer just run away as a rule.

@TetraceneSkunksniffer but what if you end up attracting a bunch of real skunks and they all, in one large united spray just takes you out with their combined pressure equal to that of a fire hose for tricking them like that? 😕

@xSharp Skunks actually avoid targets that have been sprayed, because they assume it's a predator that's attacked a skunk before. So he wouldn't have to worry about that.

@Tybron thanks, it is learned. :)
