I haven't felt well today. I'm in the midst of depression and this day is going by very slowly.

I got some writing done. Bought a coffee. So I'm glad about that. I really just want to sleep.

Well if your mind/body are telling you you need to sleep, then do try to listen. I know I sleep when I am sad, when I am worried, when I am really unwell etc.. it's restorative

I have been really dragging a lot lately myself. A victory for me is getting chores done and a meal cooked.

Rest is something we shouldn't feel guilty about when we are feeling that tired.
