I Have a Extreme Fear of Heights

My fear of heights is quite severe for me, but may be ridiculous for others, i can not be on the edge of a meter high deck.

its a fear that activates vertigo, i once went up a building with apartments and the room i entered had roof to floor windows, i was hugging the inner wall to stay up.

I am the same. I had once to climb very old wooden stairs with poor proportions (making it difficult to climb) in a high tower from a cathedral and if you'd look down you could see only the stairs structure falling into bottomless darkness.
