Company says something shady? They better be sure they can back it up!

So I started working for a Warehouse in Nevada.
Everything was fine until two things: I asked for access to my pay stub. And I asked for a different department.

When I asked them to speak to HR so I could get info on my pay stub they wouldn’t let me. And claimed they could help. But didn’t. They gave me vague answers. Finally they said it’s accessed online in which there was a form to explain how to access it. So I asked. They said I had to “physically ask for the form” WAS THAT NOT MY ENTIRE CONVERSATION TO THEM?!

Then I went up to them and asked if I could be put in a different department and they said no. So I said “then here’s my two weeks notice.” THEY FREAKED OUT. And immediately said they could cross train me. I explained to them that I just needed something more active cause I have ADD and standing in one little corner doing the same thing over and over 10 hours a day literally depresses me.
They said: and I quote “we can’t accommodate you for your needs because doing so is discrimination.” I HAVE A DOCTORS NOTE STATING I HAVE ADD AND THAT IT WILL CAUSE DEPRESSION REALLY QUICK IF ITS NOT TREATED PROPERLY. (AKA giving me different activities.
It’s funny how they say no, but when I threatened to leave, suddenly they can cross train me?!

Well I called their HQ to ask if I heard that law right. The funny thing is THREE people didn’t know of that law and didn’t know what to say and kept transferring me to other people.
I’m sorry, but if THREE people from HQ don’t know of the law I was told by a manager, then something is really shady and I’m not about to sit there and take it.
