Take small bites. Chew slowly. You need only to change a few habits. So glad to know you realize NOT eating is very dangerous!
You need to change your eating habits as well as WHAT you eat. Is your lack of eating from dieting? Chew slowly. Your body needs to have a certain amount of calories per day. Your body needs food to support your muscles and bones.
