I Have a Special Needs Child

So today Lucas's class had a substitute teacher who apparently has no experience with special needs children nor the intensive care that is required. Today she had the kids all nap the whole day instead of teach them or have the helpers and nurses teach them, one child was having a difficult time (crying and screaming) and started throwing blocks and hit a couple of the kids one of them was Lucas and it hit him in the head. She didn't feed Lucas his snack today (he has a scheduled eating time to keep his blood sugar regulated) which could of caused him to go into school which could kill him and later after I brought him home I went to change him and he has a really awful diaper rash. Like he has been sitting in a soiled diaper for hours. I emailed the teacher and superintendent about this and I'm sure it not the only parent either. Lucas has been crying in pain because of his rash, he has a gnash on his left temple where the wooden block hit him it was bleeding when it hit him and then started bleeding again a little while ago. He doesn't know yet but I'm going to take him to get ice cream in a bit to try to help him feel better. I hate seeing my baby boy in pain.
