It certainly does not bother me. Far as health conditions this is a minor obstacle. I just remind myself of all the positive aspects of having to use diapers.
1. Not missing the good part of a movie due to call of nature.
2. It makes travel easier
3. Adds some extra padding for when sitting on a hard chair
4. Ballgames. I can't begin to tell you how many time before using diapers I have nearly wet myself due to the long lines.
