Why can't he leave me alone?

Just when I think it's over he was gone for good he still can get into my life. He reached out by letter and I could feel him trying to pull on the strings he created to control me.
"I am not angry with you I know you are a good girl and you got scared"

"please don't be upset I will be OK"

"I will never forget you and your body your sweet noises while we..."

I pretty much screamed and threw it my brother came to see what I was freaking out at took it and called the police and the lawyer we had for the trial. Hopefully they will stop him reaching me again.
I hate him and how he could make me feel so small and weak again from a prison cell just with words on paper. I will never be free of him he's so deep in my head he will never leave.
