My mother makes the best risotto I have ever had. I just had two big plates with lots of Parmesan cheese. Yummy.

Doe your mother make a lot of Italian food, lasagna, manicotti, stuffed shells, and of course spaghetti and meatballs... I MAKE A Mean spaghetti sauce that I learn from mother who was taught by her mother, my grandmother. We start the sauce on a Friday night, let in simmer off and on all day Saturday to Enjoy on SUNDAY Afternnon. the smell in the house was torture it smelt so great. Getting hungry now just writing this...
