I need to reduce my ever expanding waistline. Any suggestions?

Np. That's one of simplest things that worked for me. I do kind of a strange thing where I'll see a good cake or doughnuts or cookies or whatever and I'll tell myself (or my wife) "OMG that looks so good. I could eat that whole thing in a matter of minutes.", but that's where I'll leave it. I won't deny myself the craving, just actually eating it.
