Does DXM interact badly with Adderall XR 15mg?

I was real afraid of taking DXM while I was on Adderall XR cuz I thought they would create a serotonin shit storm in my brain or some psychotic reaction, even though I've taken HUGE doses of DXM for more than like 18 months....

Do u guys think its dangerous to combine DXM and adderall?
