Jujitsu. Mostly.
But I’m not aloud to go to a gym cause of the Covid crap.
And I’m about to move across the country so I’m selling my weights.
Instead of squatting heavy, I got some sand bags and kettle bells.

well there's a lot to be said for callisthenic based exercises, they not only improve muscle tone - but co-ordination reflexes as well.
